St. Macarius the Great Coptic Orthodox Church is an Orthodox Christian parish within the Diocese of Los Angeles, Southern California, and Hawaii serving the two counties of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo with an emphasis on liturgical service, ministry, community, and education. The church aims to bringing each one to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Christ centered and biblical based Church strives to share the Orthodox Christian message of our Lord Jesus Christ and it is a parish that is open and welcoming to all and it offers services for families, youth and new comers.

The Church is committed to provide its congregation with a place of worship following the Coptic Orthodox tradition. The Church desires to build up excellent relationships with the greater community at large.
